What's covered
Every camera, recorder, doorbell, intercom, sensor, power supply and cable we install is covered against defects in equipment and workmanship for five years from the installation date — parts and labour, with no call-out fee. If a covered component fails, we repair or replace it with equivalent or better equipment.
What's not covered
Accidental or deliberate damage, theft of equipment, lightning or mains surge damage, faults caused by modifications made by others, changes to your broadband or Wi-Fi environment, redecoration, and consumables such as batteries in wireless devices. Software services run by third parties (for example a manufacturer's cloud subscription) are covered by those providers' own terms.
How to claim
Message 07775 554 848 on WhatsApp, call 020 8050 6716, or email info@cctv-installers.co.uk with your postcode and a description of the fault. We diagnose remotely the same day where possible; if a visit is needed, your local engineer attends without charge. The warranty stays with the property for its full term if you sell.
