Something not right? Message us on WhatsApp (07775 554 848), call 020 8050 6716, or email info@cctv-installers.co.uk. Most issues — a camera angle, an app problem, a missed appointment — are resolved the same day without formality.
Formal complaints
If you want to complain formally, email info@cctv-installers.co.uk with 'Complaint' in the subject, or write to Fairdeal Renovations Limited, The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA. We acknowledge within 2 working days, investigate with the engineer concerned, and give you a full response within 10 working days. If we're at fault we say so, fix the work at no cost, and tell you what we've changed.
If you're still unhappy
You may pursue alternative dispute resolution or consult Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk). Nothing in this procedure affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
