What we collect and why
Quote requests: your name, postcode, contact details and property notes — used solely to prepare your quotation, arrange surveys and carry out work you instruct. The lawful basis is taking steps to enter a contract with you.
Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes — kept so your engineer has the history of your job and warranty. Website analytics: anonymous usage statistics that do not identify you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to third-party marketing companies. Your enquiry goes to our team — nowhere else.
How long we keep information
Quotation records are kept for 12 months from your last contact if you don't proceed. Customer records, including warranty details, are kept for the duration of your 5-year warranty plus one year, and as required for tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask for deletion where we have no continuing need, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one calendar month. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
