These terms apply to surveys, quotations, installation, repair and maintenance services booked through this website or directly with our team. Placing an order or accepting a quotation means you accept these terms.
Quotations and pricing
Survey quotations are fixed: the price quoted in writing at or after your survey is the price you pay for the specified work, unless you change the specification or conditions materially different from those visible at survey are discovered (for example, concealed asbestos or unsafe electrics). Any variation is agreed with you in writing before additional work proceeds.
All prices are provided as individual written quotations prepared for your property — via WhatsApp, email or at survey. Nothing is payable until installation is complete and demonstrated to you, unless a deposit is agreed for special-order equipment.
Installation and your responsibilities
We install to the agreed specification, make good drilling as standard, and demonstrate the working system including app access before requesting payment. You are responsible for providing access, telling us about hidden pipes or cables you know of, and having broadband/Wi-Fi available where the specification requires it.
Warranty
Systems we install carry a 5-year parts and labour warranty from the installation date, covering defects in equipment and workmanship. It does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, electrical surges, redecoration, changes made by others, or consumables such as batteries. Warranty work is arranged via WhatsApp, phone or email at no call-out charge.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability otherwise is limited to the price paid for the work concerned. CCTV is a deterrent and evidence tool: we do not guarantee the prevention of crime. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
